Refund & Replacement Eligibility
We will provide a refund or replacement if your order meets the following conditions:

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

After reviewing your request, we will confirm and process your refund or replacement within 7 days. -
Choose Your Option:

Replacement: If you choose to receive a replacement, we will ship the new item and provide a tracking number within 1-7 days from production.

Refund: If you choose a refund, we will initiate the refund immediately. Please note, refunds typically take 3-5 days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Eligible Replacement/Refund Cases
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Change of mind or if you no longer want the product.

Product damage caused by the customer (e.g., misuse, wear and tear, alterations).

Used or washed items.

Requests made after 30 days from the date of delivery.
