Thank you for shopping at CycleCrafted. We strive to deliver your orders efficiently and on time. Please read the shipping policy carefully.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently only ship to the United States. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is within the United States.

2. Production & Delivery Time

Since all products are print-on-demand (POD) and made to order, each item requires a short production period before shipment.

• Production Time: 5–7 business days
• Shipping Time: Depends on the selected shipping method (listed below)

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

3. Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery online at https://www.cyclecrafted.com/pages/order-tracking

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

4. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within 30–45 days from the purchase date, please contact us at support@cyclecrafted.com as soon as possible. We will promptly investigate with the shipping carrier to locate your package and provide the appropriate resolution.

5. Important Notes

• Orders cannot be divided or shipped to multiple addresses.
• We do not ship to the following address: Military Zone, Government Zone
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
• CycleCrafted is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused deliveries, or theft after delivery.
